La Merise’s contemporary cellar, a cathedral dedicated to the nectars of the earth, gracefully welcomes bottles from Alsace’s terroirs. Passionate head sommelier Joël Brendel guides each guest through a ballet of food and wine pairings, revealing local nuggets.
