Wine Terroir
Christelle and Cédric Deckert’s close collaboration extends to the sommelier department. Together, they oversee a gleaming contemporary wine cellar.
Entirely built in 2020, over a period of over nine months, using high-quality materails, this cellar is a beautiful and welcoming as it is stocked with wines from passionate winemakers, prestigious appellations and remakable vintages.
With unparalleled finesse and a true appreciation of the region’s terroir, Christelle Deckert delights in epanding La Merise’s wine list. Among the 480 wines on offer, 180 are from Alsace.
